Marketing the apartments has begun late October laid the foundation stone for the new maintenance centre Elizabeth Court in Saarbrucken, Germany. It will be ready for occupancy in the fall of 2013. Now, private investors can purchase the appealing apartments. The plant concept “return 50 plus” offers an above-average return with guaranteed rental income.
