The result is a low motivation of employees: 21 percent have no emotional attachment to their company and behave destructively in the workplace, i.e. they show unwanted behavior, which is to the detriment of the performance and competitiveness of the companies. The Gallup comes to this result commitment index 2010, the consulting company has presented on the 9th February 2011 in Berlin and for the nearly 2,000 workers aged 18 and over were interviewed. Only 13 percent of employees have a high emotional attachment and are ready to work voluntarily for their employer and its objectives. The vast majority of workers, a total of 66 percent, has only a low emotional attachment and provides service only according to the instructions.
